Doug Lippmann serves as a Client Service Manager at Ulrich Investment Consultants, supporting both the Advisors and Operations teams. Doug has over fifteen years of experience in the Finance industry. Prior to joining Ulrich, he worked at CapTrust as a team lead in Wealth Operations, where he was responsible for account administration and training new employees. Doug also gained experience as part of the Operations team at South Texas Money Management where he oversaw all aspects of new client account opening and administration.

Doug graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Doug and his wife, Tina, moved to San Antonio from Baltimore, MD in 2017.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys golfing, relaxing by the pool with friends, watching live music and spending time with his wife and two cats, Willie (Nelson) and Johnny (Cash). Doug and Tina also enjoy cheering for their favorite NFL teams, the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens.
