Monika is the Director of Firm Administration at Ulrich. She comes with ten years of industry experience. Monika’s primary duties include overseeing the firm’s Human Resources department ranging from employee recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, to 401(k) administration. In addition, Monika is responsible for overseeing the firm’s technology including architecture and system integrations, network vendor management, and the firm’s cyber security.

Prior to joining Ulrich, Monika started her industry experience at Covenant Multi-family Offices Managing the firms Business Operations and Human Resources. In 2021, Covenant was acquired by CAPTRUST, where Monika gained additional experience in corporate real estate and facilities.

Monika received a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from Drew University located in Madison, New Jersey and received an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Texas San Antonio in May of 2022 with a 4.0 GPA. Outside the office, Monika enjoys spending time with friends and family, outdoor activities, and traveling.
