We assist in developing financial planning policies to guide ongoing update and
evolution of financial plans that integrate with Tribal plans, goals and budget practices.
As needed, we can develop specific investment portfolios which are designed with the appropriate structures to provide for both current income needs as well as long term growth for the financial stability of various programs.
Major goals often include development of specific financial plans for construction of facilities, etc. In these cases, we often assist in developing documentation to support financing, including business plans and RFPs for financing, and assistance in negotiation of financing.

- Negotiation of multi-million dollar right of way settlements with energy and utility companies.
- Assistance with creation of Section 17 corporations.
- Financial modeling and preparation for financing with gaming, hospitality, healthcare, water development and new market tax credit projects.

- Assistance in identifying and coordinating the necessary team and players to help execute on projects.
- Helping develop financial models and debt structures that optimize the cash flow for both the Tribe and planned projects.
We can offer a variety of services which can be tailored to fit Tribal needs, including:
- Financial Planning: Assist with development of Financial Plans and financial plan updates that provide full status of all key financial policies, status of funds and fund targets, financial planning considerations and issues to be addressed.
- Financial Planning - Specific Areas: Assistance with developing and documenting specific long-term plans to support targets for long term savings, i.e. Capital projects and IP/Infrastructure planning.
- Project Planning and Financing: Development of project plans and pro-forma in support of financing, and developing RFPs for financing, identifying lenders, and collecting necessary information in support of lender/tax counsel due diligence. Assist with communications with lenders and selection of appropriate advisors and or lenders.
