Whitney E. Solcher is a Partner, Senior Advisor, and Chief Investment Officer at Ulrich Investment Consultants, where she provides clients with forward-looking market insights and strategic guidance, helping them navigate complex economic conditions and global market dynamics.  

Whitney is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®). She provides fiduciary wealth advisory services to Institutional, Foundation, Endowment, Family Office, and high-net-worth clients. Her expertise includes capital markets research, asset allocation strategy, risk management, and translating economic trends into actionable investment themes. 

Before joining Ulrich in 2019, Whitney spent eight years with Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division, rising from Analyst to Vice President. She later co-founded and grew San Antonio Capital Management, an independent registered investment advisory firm and worked as a senior consultant for a Boston-based institutional advisory firm. 

 Whitney is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She combines her professional expertise with a strong commitment to civic support and leadership, having served on the boards of the Witte Museum, the San Antonio River Foundation, Saint Mary’s Hall (Past Investment Committee Chair), The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce (Past Finance Chair), the Texas Biomedical Forum, Founder’s Council (Past President), The Mind Science Institute, The San Antonio Area Foundation, Alamo Colleges (Investment Committee) and the Center for Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship at UTSA. She currently serves as a Trustee for the San Antonio Botanical Garden and Camp Aranzazu. She is also an avid equestrian, competing on a national level in the Hunter/Jumper arena.
